Rivermead is the continuing care community I live at in Peterborough, NH.

At the moment I am in Independent Living at Rivermead. When and if I transfer to Assisted Living or to Skilled Nursing, many of my possessions, furniture and furnishings now in my apartment (Apt 243) will have been disposed of or removed to storage. However, upon my death any possessions that remain will have to removed and distributed by my Executor and/or Advisor according to the guidance included below.
