At the moment the 2011 document (below) is still in effect. Amory says in the same e-mail: Further, Mary Ann suggests you revoke the 2011 deed of gift. She can draft a revocation and also ratification that all your tangibles are held by the 347 Main Street Trust. We'll send it over as soon as she can draft it. You already have a schedule of trust assets (the last page) in your 347 Main Street Revocable Trust that states that all personal property is held by that trust.• 06-01. Most recent version.
